Why should change the engine oil on time for excavators?

1. The oil has a shelf-life, which will reduce its performance after a long time, resulting in accelerated wear of mechanical worn parts.

2. When the engine oil runs at high temperature, its physical and chemical properties will change, and its mechanical properties will change accordingly.

3. If the engine runs for a long time, impurities in the oil will increase, which will increase the wear rate of the mechanical parts.

What are the serious consequences of not changing the oil on time?

1. Failure to replace the oil on time will lead to low oil pressure. And oil pressure is too low the most direct consequence is to be able to cause each to cooperate the part between the half dry friction or dry friction, the engine is apparent unusual sound, serious still can cause burning tile.

Tile burning phenomenon

Failure to change the oil on time may lead to the following problems:

Too little oil storage capacity, resulting in no oil or less oil lubrication system;

Oil dirty or viscous cause the oil can not be effectively inhaled and pumped out of the oil pump;

The oil thin or because of the high engine temperature cause the oil thin, will leak from the engine friction pair clearance.

2. Failure to replace the oil on time will also lead to excessive oil pressure. Too high oil pressure will cause premature damage to the gasoline filter, allowing the engine cylinder carbon deposition and other failures. It also reduces the life of the engine.

Carbon deposition in cylinder

Failure to change the oil on time may lead to the following problems:

Excessive oil viscosity (if winter oil is not replaced in time for summer oil);

The oil mobility is reduced due to oil modification.

3. Failure to replace the oil on time will also lead to excessive oil sludge. Sludge is generally caused by the high pressure unburned gas, acid, moisture, sulfur and nitrogen oxides in the combustion chamber entering the crankcase motor oil through the gap between the piston ring and cylinder wall, which is then mixed with metal powder produced by the wear of parts, slowly accumulated, and then formed sludge.

Too much oil sludge

Failure to replace the oil on time will lead to increased sludge, which will lead to blockage of filters and oil holes, resulting in difficult lubrication of the engine and aggravation of engine wear.

4. The most serious consequence of not replacing the oil on time is the abrasion of various mechanical parts of the engine, such as piston and cylinder. If the pistons and cylinders go wrong, the machine needs a major overhaul, which is something every owner doesn't want.

Cylinder wear is serious

Lack of oil, excessive oil in the oil, oil performance will lead to serious cylinder and piston wear. If the oil is not replaced in time, these problems will basically occur, so it is very necessary to replace the oil on time.

5. The water temperature will be higher if the oil is not changed on time. As mentioned above, if the oil is not replaced on time, the oil storage capacity will be too low, resulting in no oil or less oil in the lubrication system. At this time, the mechanical parts of the engine will be in the state of semi-dry friction or dry friction.

Semi - dry friction or dry friction state will generate a lot of heat, resulting in a sharp increase in water temperature.

The water temperature is too high

If the water temperature is too high, the cylinder head, cylinder body will be deformed or even damaged.

1. When changing the oil, the oil filter core must be replaced at the same time. It must not be neglected to change the oil filter core for saving time and saving money. Why is that?

Because the dirt in the old filter can damage the quality of the new oil, which reduces the service life of the new oil.

Remember to replace winter oil in the fall and summer oil in the spring, unless your oil is seasonal.

Because winter motor oil will be slightly thinner, summer, winter oil will be thinner, which is not conducive to the formation of oil film, also will increase the wear of mechanical parts.

In the summer, the oil will be more viscous in the winter, which is not conducive to the flow of oil, resulting in excessive carbon accumulation in the engine cylinder, thus exacerbating the wear of mechanical parts.

It is very important to replace the oil on time. If not replaced in time, the wear of parts will be accelerated, the service life will be affected, and even the machine will be overhauled. More seriously, safety accidents will be caused if the cylinder is pulled suddenly during the working process.
